Seabury Deanery & The Diocese of Ecuador Central Partners in Mission The Seabury Deanery of Southeastern Connecticut is once again embarking on a Mission Trip to Ecuador. August 6 – August 17, 2009
Have you ever felt that nudge, that call, to learn more about the opportunity of joining others as a participant, a Partner in Mission , with other missioners from the Seabury Deanery and the people within The Diocese of Ecuador Central in Quito and Puyo?
This will be the third trip to Ecuador where we will be assisting our friends in Puyo with reclaiming a 22-acre farm which is part of The Diocese of Ecuador Central known as La Finca. The main house on the property is in need of repair and updating. NO skill level necessary …just your heart and desire to be part of building relationships of companionship between the Deanery and the Episcopal congregation in Puyo. Last year we had travelers ranging in age from 12 – 72. ALL are welcome!!!
We work together; we pray together; we laugh together; we experience a greater sense of God’s mission in the world and in our lives together. And, we establish life-changing relationships with our Ecuadorian friends.
